The PARISH FAIR was held on Saturday
12 th November 2011 8am - 2pm
People enjoyed the stalls of
Plants, Food, BBQ, Cakes, muffins, coffee, craft, cards, second hand goods, books, flowers, horse rides, jumping castle, animal farm, face painting, balloons, lucky dip and live music in the historic setting.
Some 80 dedicated volunteers worked to make the day a very successful function for the community.
CARER'S MORNING
Monthly Friday mornings (Third Friday of the month) - Exercise, Holy Communion, Luncheon.
Next - 17th February 2011
A morning of support and friendship for those who don't venture out much any more. Some transport available.

RESTORATION WORKS
Works are currently being undertaken within the church, including Vestry, stonework, lighting, Slate roofing, doors, Pump-house etc.
This work is undertaken by funds generously donated by Parishioners to the Annual Restoration Appeal and continues the program of works throughout the property.

Sermons
Parish Fair - The Annual Parish Fair is held on the second Saturday of November. A great day with people of all ages enjoying this community occasion.
Choir The choir is a significant part of the liturgy at St. Jude’s and contribute to the weekly worship and other services throughout the year.
Bells - The new bells are being well utilised and bell practice has been re-established after this wonderful restoration. The Bellringers meet from 6:45pm to 8pm each Tuesday night (except public holidays) to practice the art of English change ringing. Bell ringing is a time-honoured tradition at St. Jude's.
