St Jude's Church is a place for children and families to know God's love in community through Childrens' Programs, Sunday Services, Social Activities and Practical Care
BAPTISM SERVICES
(held 2nd Sunday of the month) by the Rector.
FAMILY SERVICES are a part of the preparation for Baptism.
The Service (held the first Sunday of the month at 11am) provides a good opportunity to come together as family. Small children respond well to worship. Many enjoy the atmosphere of music and stillness, of stained glass and candles without needing to understand it all.

Mother's/Carer's Group (with children 0-3 yrs) meet Tuesday fortnights 9.30am - 11.30am in Parish Room

Sunday School & Creche (0-7 yrs) - meet 9.30am in Child Care Centre
Kids Program (7-12 yrs) meet 9.30am upstairs in Parish Centre - (during school term)
It is no easy task parents juggling the varied roles expected today. People within families and communities often feel isolated. For some it may be launaguage barriers, demands of single parenting, conflict within families and challenging behaviours in children. However, opportunities are available within the church community to be supported in ways that are not instrusive but inclusive.
