St. Jude's is a beautiful church within a rare precinct of historic buildings,cemetery and expansive grounds.

 

The Church's history is intimately entwined with the early settlement of Randwick. The first proclaimed city outside the centre of Sydney.

The spiritual life here is that of a vibrant community of warmth and acceptance in the love of Christ that many have been touched by.

This sense of a Christian community is increasingly important in the rush and alienation that is part of the modern city life.

At St. Jude's we have, and continue to seek to put into place structures which will communicate God's love to all and opportunities to find Christian fellowship.  

The worship services seek to draw on and out the rich heritage that we have in the Scriptures and Prayer Book, music and history…. recognizing the Australian culture in which we are planted.

In a sea of relativity here is an anchor to the absolute God and the uniqueness of Jesus Christ. In a plethora of changing pop culture here is a link to constant love and tested forms.
